After consideration, the General Department of Market Management has opinions, based on the regulations of the Government and the Ministry of Industry and Trade promulgating the Regulations on recruitment, transfer of ranks, promotion of civil servants, promotion of professional titles, public employees and personnel work of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the guiding documents of the General Department of Market Management, according to the above regulations, the dossier for reappointment proposal must include the conclusion of the competent Party Committee on political standards.
Pursuant to the document dated January 7, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Agencies and Enterprises Bloc of Thanh Hoa province sent to the Party Committee of the Market Management Department of Thanh Hoa province, the General Department of Market Management requested that Mr. Le The Anh not perform the duties, tasks and powers of the position of Deputy Director of the Market Management Department of Thanh Hoa province from February 12, 2025, because up to now, there has not been enough documents to be reappointed according to regulations.
Thanh Hoa Provincial Market Management Department shall, based on assigned functions, tasks and working regulations, manage the unit's operations according to regulations.
Previously, on January 16, the Ministry of Industry and Trade decided to dismiss Mr. Lu Minh Thu from the position of Director of the Market Management Department of Thanh Hoa province because he had previously been disciplined with a warning.
