On June 16, Dien Bien Provincial Police said that the unit had just held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
According to the decision of the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Pham Truong Giang - Deputy Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police - was transferred to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Police for Investigation of Corruption, Economic Crimes, and Smuggling (C03), Ministry of Public Security.
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Vu Van Dau - Director of Dien Bien Provincial Police - congratulated Colonel Pham Truong Giang on being trusted by the Central Public Security Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for a new responsibility; and acknowledged the contributions and dedications of the comrade during his work at the Provincial Police.
Colonel Pham Truong Giang expressed his honor to be trusted by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to assign new tasks; affirmed that he will continue to uphold the spirit of responsibility, promote work experience, unite with the unit collective to excellently complete the assigned tasks, contributing to improving the effectiveness of the fight against and prevention of crimes related to corruption, economy and smuggling.
