On the afternoon of July 24, the Party Executive Committee of Hai Duong Ward People's Committee held the 1st Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
The Congress listened to and discussed important reports: Political report of the Party Executive Committee of the Ward People's Committee; report synthesizing comments on contributions to documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress and the Ward Party Congress; along with many presentations focusing on administrative reform and key political tasks.
With the spirit of solidarity, democracy and innovation, the Congress passed the Resolution for the 2025-2030 term and elected an Executive Committee of 7 comrades. Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Van was elected to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thuy held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Duong Ward People's Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
On the same day, the Military Party Cell, the Public Security Party Cell and the Hai Duong Ward Health Party Cell also successfully organized the 1st Party Cell Congress, term 2025-2030.
The Congresses of Party cells took place solemnly, in accordance with the Party Charter and the instructions of the Party committees at the higher levels; promoting the spirit of democracy, responsibility, and focusing on building directions and tasks for the new term.
This is an extensive political activity, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations, creating a solid foundation to successfully organize the 1st Hai Duong Ward Party Congress.
