As of August 9, the whole province of Quang Ninh has successfully organized congresses of 3,893 subordinate Party cells and 600 grassroots Party cells and Party Committees.
For the grassroots congress alone, up to this point, the congresses of 40/59 Party Committees have been completed, including 3 point congresses (commune party committees, Bai Chay ward, Cam Pha, Tien Yen).
Through evaluation and drawing experience from each congress, congresses take place in a democratic, open atmosphere, seriously implementing the principles and regulations of the Party Charter. Documents submitted to the congress are prepared fully, thoughtfully, and in accordance with regulations. Political reports clearly demonstrate the spirit of innovation; concise content, objective and comprehensive assessment of the results of the 2020-2025 term; frankly point out limitations, weaknesses, subjective and objective causes and lessons learned. At the same time, clearly identify the theme, motto, goals, targets, tasks and solutions for the 2025-2030 term; select breakthroughs.
In which, focusing on the breakthrough in science and technology development, private economic development, international integration in the new situation; innovating the work of law making and enforcement, meeting the requirements of national development in the new era. Political reports have closely followed the requirements of socio-economic development, major policies of the Central Government and the province, in conjunction with the task of ensuring national defense and security, improving the quality of people's lives and building a Party and political system suitable for the new development space of the locality.
It is expected that by August 15, all Party Committees at the grassroots level will complete the congress to successfully organize the 16th Provincial Party Congress taking place at the end of September 2025.
The Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee currently has 59 subordinate party committees, 600 grassroots party organizations, 3,893 subordinate party cells with over 103,500 party members.
