At the conference, the Provincial People's Committee announced the decision to retire early according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government for Ms. Bui Thi Binh - Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on receiving and temporarily appointing Ms. Vu Thi Mai Anh - Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee - to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Pham Duc An - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province - acknowledged the efforts and contributions of Ms. Bui Thi Binh - Director of the Department of Home Affairs. After 35 years of working, no matter the position, Ms. Binh has clearly demonstrated her political mettle, responsibility, and exemplary role, always completing assigned tasks well.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province hopes that after retiring under the regime, with the experience, qualifications and responsibilities of a Party member, Ms. Binh will continue to make contributions to the activities of the province as well as in residential areas.

Before becoming Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Ms. Vu Thi Mai Anh held the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the old Ha Long City Party Committee.
