Starting from tomorrow (5.8) until the end of 22.8, the Inspection Team of the Ministry of Home Affairs will conduct an inspection on the recruitment and appointment of civil servants at 31 units, including 19 departments and 12 district-level People's Committees of Lâm Đồng province, according to the Government's electronic information portal.
According to the plan, the Ministry of Home Affairs Inspectorate will inspect the implementation of legal regulations on civil servant recruitment; appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions; standards for civil servant ranks holding leadership and management positions; promotion of civil servant ranks; training and fostering of civil servants at departments and district-level People's Committees of Lâm Đồng province, from January 1, 2021, to May 31, 2024.
The Inspection Team of the Ministry of Home Affairs, led by Mrs. Võ Thị Tuyết Thu - Deputy Chief Inspector of the Ministry, will conduct this inspection at 31 units, including 19 departments and 12 district-level People's Committees of Lâm Đồng province from August 5 to 22.
Information indicates that the first agency the Inspection Team will work with is the Department of Home Affairs of Lâm Đồng province. Here, the Inspection Team will check the records and documents related to the inspection contents under the authority of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
According to the 2024 inspection plan of the Ministry of Home Affairs issued with Decision No. 996/QĐ-BNV dated December 8, 2023, by the Minister of Home Affairs, in 2024, the Ministry Inspectorate will inspect the implementation of legal regulations on the recruitment of civil servants and public employees; appointment of civil servants and public employees to leadership and management positions.
The ministries, sectors, and localities on the inspection list include the State Capital Management Committee at enterprises, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Ministry of Construction, the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, and the provinces of Thái Nguyên, Hậu Giang, Hưng Yên, Trà Vinh, Quảng Trị, Khánh Hòa, Quảng Bình, Vĩnh Long, Bến Tre, Lâm Đồng, Cần Thơ, and Long An.
