Immediately after Decree 68/2026/ND-CP took effect, Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (ACB) signed a cooperation agreement with the Tax Department - Ministry of Finance, Hanoi Tax Department and 10 local Tax Departments to implement solutions to support business households in managing revenue, issuing electronic invoices, declaring and paying taxes. Thereby, contributing to promoting electronic tax payment and cashless payments according to the Government's orientation.

Promote coordination and support for business households in the implementation phase
ACB signed a cooperation agreement with the Tax Department - Ministry of Finance, Hanoi Tax Department and Tax Authority in 10 key provinces and cities including Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Dak Lak, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Dong Thap and Tay Ninh.

Coordination activities aim to support taxpayers in the process of transitioning to declaration methods, through consulting, guidance and providing tools suitable to actual operation. Thereby, helping business households access digital solutions more conveniently, gradually forming transparent and systematic management habits.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Mai Son - Deputy Director of the Tax Department emphasized: "Coordination with ACB is a step forward in strengthening the connection between tax authorities and credit institutions, in order to support business households to properly and fully fulfill tax obligations according to regulations. We acknowledge ACB's proactiveness in building solutions suitable to reality, contributing to both improving management efficiency and supporting business households in recording revenue and monitoring business activities".
From the perspective of a solution implementing unit, Mr. Tu Tien Phat - General Director of ACB said: "Decree 68 is creating a very practical change for business households. Previously, many people managed cash flow quite flexibly, even separating sales and revenue recognition. But when entering this stage, all transactions need to be recorded more clearly to serve declaration and reconciliation. Therefore, ACB's role is not only to provide accounts, but also to help them connect cash flow, track revenue and fulfill tax obligations right in the same process - the simpler and easier to use, the higher the ability to comply".
From new regulations to cash flow transparency requirements
Over the past time, the Tax Department - Ministry of Finance and the system of local tax authorities have implemented many activities to support business households in the process of transitioning to the declaration method, such as organizing training, direct guidance at the grassroots level and providing information on new tax policies. Thereby, helping taxpayers gradually grasp regulations, get acquainted with the declaration process and fulfill tax obligations in a more transparent direction.
Regarding ACB, the bank has coordinated with tax authorities in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa and many localities, directly supporting business households to switch to the declaration method. Through activities at the grassroots level, more than 300,000 business households have been approached, with positive feedback when the process is clearly guided and there are support tools in the sales process.
The coordination between the Tax Department - Ministry of Finance and ACB not only helps business households comply with regulations in a simpler and more transparent way, but also contributes to forming a systematic financial management habit - an important foundation for this economic sector to develop sustainably in the new period.
ACB is implementing an integrated solution on the digital banking platform, allowing business households to connect accounts to eTax Mobile, track revenue and make declarations directly on their phones. Cash flow from business operations is the basis for accessing preferential interest rates up to 2%/year, while the system is synchronously connected with sales software, electronic invoices and digital signatures.
From now until June 30, 2026, ACB provides two solution packages of 499,000 VND and 790,000 VND, suitable for each business scale, integrating incentives on sales software, electronic invoices and digital signatures.
