IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) has just signed a cooperation agreement with Hai Thanh Hung Investment Joint Stock Company and Royal Vietnam Investment and Construction Company Limited.
Accordingly, IHG will manage and operate voco Quang Binh Resort and Crowne Plaza Quang Binh City Center hotel with a scale of 232 rooms.
Voco Quang Binh Resort with 68 private beach villas, along with diverse amenities such as a system of restaurants and bars, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, children's club, spa and resort center. voco hotels will open in Dong Hoi City next year.

Crowne Plaza Quang Binh City Center will launch at the end of 2025, following the high-end hotel systems in Phu Quoc (Kien Giang province) and Vinh Yen (Vinh Phuc province).
