On January 29, 2026, MOVE Electric Vehicles started construction of the 3rd factory in Hung Yen Industrial Park, with a scale of more than 30,000 m2, expanding Vietnam's electric vehicle production capacity.

Pouring in more than 20 million USD, MOVE enters the domestic production race

2026 is forecast to be a period of acceleration for the manufacturing sector, when hundreds of key industrial projects are simultaneously implemented nationwide. In that context, MOVE Vietnam started construction of electric vehicle factory No. 3 in Hung Yen with a total investment of more than 20 million USD and a scale of more than 30,000 m2, which is considered a solution to the problem of capacity and localization production speed of a Vietnamese enterprise.

Notably, the factory is designed according to a closed production model to proactively control quality and technical standards right from the input, MOVE also identifies research and development (R&D) activities as one of the important pillars of the long-term production strategy to gradually master design, technology and product design.

In parallel with infrastructure investment, MOVE continues to develop high-quality human resources, attracting domestic engineers and experts to participate in research, production and process optimization activities. According to businesses, this is the foundation for building sustainable competitiveness, while linking industrial production with green economic orientation.

Leader of MOVE Electric Vehicle: Manufacturing is the foundation of long-term competitiveness

Mr. Le Truong Manh - Founder, Chairman of Dong Duong Group said that the electric vehicle factory No. 3 in Hung Yen plays an important role in MOVE's production platform expansion strategy. When the project comes into operation, the total area of the enterprise's production facilities is expected to reach about 60,000 m2, with a designed capacity of up to 480,000 vehicles per year.

When put into operation, the factory is expected not only to serve MOVE's business operations but also to contribute to local socio-economic development, in line with the orientation of making Hung Yen a modern industrial province, focusing on high-tech industry and sustainable development to 2030.

In addition, Mr. Tran Duc Tuan, General Director of Andes E&C Vietnam Joint Stock Company - the unit participating in the project implementation, highly appreciated MOVE's methodical investment orientation, and expressed his expectation that the factory will soon be completed, put into effective operation and become one of the typical production facilities in the field of electric vehicles in Vietnam.
