At the Ring Road 3.5 - Thang Long Avenue intersection, many important items have been revealed after nearly a year of construction, contractors are deploying direct underpasses and bridge approach systems to bring the project worth more than 2,380 billion VND to the finish line in 2026.
On the radial axis, Tay Thang Long Avenue is also accelerating. The road is about 33km long, with a cross-section of more than 60m, a scale of 10 lanes, connecting from Vo Chi Cong to Son Tay, aiming for the goal of opening the entire route in the second quarter of 2026. Along with that, the parallel road of Ring Road 4 through Hanoi is also expected to be technically opened in June 2026; the Nhon - Hanoi station metro line aims to operate the entire route by the end of 2027.

When these traffic axes simultaneously go into operation, the connectivity from the West to the center of Hanoi, Noi Bai airport and key economic provinces in the North will be significantly improved.
With real estate, infrastructure not only shortens travel time, but also changes the attractiveness of the entire region. When connectivity is more convenient, residents, businesses, services and tenants tend to move to the West more.
