Mr. An also added that store staff announced that purchases are currently limited due to scarce supply, while customers coming to sell silver are still allowed to trade normally.
Similarly, Ms. Do Thi Mai Huong (Hanoi) also had to leave after the store announced the temporary suspension of silver sales.

While many people are waiting to buy, many people are hesitant to sell when prices are falling sharply.
Sharing with Lao Dong reporter, Ms. Nguyen Thu Van (Cau Giay ward, Hanoi) said that she is hesitant between keeping or selling the silver.
I bought a few taels of silver from October 2025, up to now, although the price has decreased, I also made a profit. I am afraid that it will decrease even deeper in the future, so I am hesitant whether to sell it or not" - Ms. Van expressed.
