The male singer is admired by audiences as the "king of sến music" with many decades of artistic activity.
Ngoc Son's most notable asset is the "Millennium" villa located in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. The house has elaborate architecture with precious wooden furniture, dragon and phoenix motifs and many gold-plated details. Some sources say that the villa was once valued at hundreds of billions of VND.
In addition to villas in Ho Chi Minh City, Ngoc Son also owns houses in Hanoi and land in Lam Dong.
Sharing with reporters, Ngoc Son said that at the end of 2023, he built a house from his lineage in Da Nang. The project is built on a land area of more than 1,200m2, including 2 floors with a usable area of about 500m2, with a worship area and 6 bedrooms. The entire interior is chosen by the male singer himself.

According to Ngoc Son's sharing, initially the family only planned to build a small-scale road house. However, he decided to expand the project so that this place could become a shelter for people whenever storms and floods occur. The male singer said that all construction costs were borne by him and he did not call for contributions.

Notably, Ngoc Son once shared that right in his hometown of Da Nang, he composed the song "Father's Love" - one of the hits in his career. Therefore, building a ancestral temple is considered a long-standing wish of the male singer to commemorate his parents and lineage.
Besides real estate, Ngoc Son's car hobby has also attracted attention from audiences many times. From the 1990s, he attracted attention when he owned a 6m long Cadillac - a rare car line in Vietnam at that time.
Ngoc Son's large source of income comes from singing activities that have lasted for nearly 40 years. At its peak, the male singer had a cat-xe of about 200-300 million VND per show, belonging to the high group of the Vietnamese music market many years ago.
Despite owning many valuable assets, Ngoc Son has repeatedly shared that he lives quite simply in personal life, eats vegetarian food and exercises regularly.
Ngoc Son is one of the prominent voices of lyrical music, bolero and homeland music, who made a strong impression from the late 1980s to the 1990s with many familiar songs.
