Accordingly, Ho Ngoc Ha said: "At this time, asking to stop performing in one of the MU (Miss Universe Vietnam) competitions tomorrow is a wise decision for me. I hope the organizers and the audience will support this decision of mine."
The information immediately caused a stir in the online community. Immediately afterwards, Ho Ngoc Ha spoke up once again, saying that the female singer would not perform but would still be present at the final night of the competition.
On her personal page, Ho Ngoc Ha confirmed that she had discussed with the program's organizers and changed the Bikini performance to an Ao Dai performance to suit the context and humane content of the program.
"Instead of performing, Ha will attend and join the program in supporting the contestants," Ho Ngoc Ha announced.
Regarding Ho Ngoc Ha's decision as well as whether the Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 Final will take place as scheduled or not, Lao Dong reporter contacted the contest's Organizing Committee for clarification. However, the Organizing Committee representative said that they could not comment on the incident.
