The Closing and Awarding Ceremony of the 3rd Da Nang Asian Film Festival took place on the evening of July 5 at the Ariyana Conference Palace, with works and artists from Vietnam and Asia honored in important award categories.
Following the success of the two Asian Film Festivals in Da Nang, the People's Committee of Da Nang City and the Vietnam Cinema Development Promotion Association (VFDA) jointly organized the Third Da Nang Asian Film Festival - DANAFF III, taking place from June 29 to July 5 in Da Nang City, with the participation of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and departments of Da Nang City and related units.
This year, the scale of DANAFF is expanded, lasting from 5 days compared to the previous two periods, to 7 days with many exciting activities, first of all special film screening programs: "H half a century of Vietnamese films about war", " advantage of Korean cinema", "Asian films & Vietnamese panorama" with nearly 200 film screenings attracting cinema lovers in many cinemas in Da Nang City.
In addition to enjoying cinema, the audience had vibrant exchanges and conversations with domestic and international artists, bringing hearts of cinema lovers closer together, connecting the beauty of many cultures, true to the spirit of " choreography in Asia".
