Vinh Phuc - While setting off homemade fireworks at the stadium, two children had their hands crushed.

On November 24, Vinh Phuc Provincial Police informed that at around 9:30 p.m. on November 23, at Bao Duc Stadium in Trai Trong residential group, Dao Duc town, Binh Xuyen district, an incident occurred where two children, Nguyen Ngoc Tuan K (13 years old) and Nguyen Hoang Tuan A (14 years old, both residing in Dao Duc town), set off homemade fireworks.

As a result, the two children had their hands crushed and had to go to the hospital for emergency treatment.

Vinh Phuc Provincial Police warned that recently there have been many cases of illegal use of fireworks, affecting security and order in the locality.

Accidents caused by illegal fireworks leave physical and mental pain for violators and their families and loved ones.
