On March 18, Vo Thi Sau Ward Police, District 3 coordinated with units of Ho Chi Minh City Police to prepare a file and take statements from related people in the case of a woman and a man fighting on Hai Ba Trung Street.
Previously, on March 17, social networks spread a clip recording a fight between a man driving a motorbike and a woman driving a car with a HCMC license plate. After discovering the incident, the Traffic Police Team in District 3, under the Traffic Police Department (PC08), Ho Chi Minh City Police coordinated with the Vo Thi Sau Ward Police and the Criminal Police Team in the area, the Criminal Police Department (PC02) to verify and invite related people to work.

The woman in the clip was identified as Ms. N.T.T.H (42 years old, living in Hoc Mon district). According to Ms. H, when the car was stopped at a red light, a man on a motorbike swept through the rearview mirror, causing a conflict between the two sides. Ms. H then got in the car to check and asked the man to apologize, but the two sides argued and got into a fight. The incident caused traffic congestion in the area.
Ms. H said that the man on the motorbike did not apologize but instead shouted and beat her. At noon on March 18, the police also invited the man involved to the headquarters for questioning. This person was initially identified as P.V.Q (43 years old, residing in Go Vap District).
The police have now filed a case of the above public disorder disorder to handle it according to regulations.
