The Thanh Hoa Department of Industry and Trade has just issued Decision No. 1456/QD-SCT appointing Mr. Dinh Khanh Toan - Acting Head of the Department - to hold the position of Head of the Thanh Hoa Market Management Department. The term of appointment is 5 years.
According to the Department of Industry and Trade, the improvement of leadership personnel will be carried out after the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 39/2025/QD-UBND to establish the Thanh Hoa Market Management Department under the Department of Industry and Trade, on the basis of receiving the status quo of the Provincial Market Management Department from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Thanh Hoa Market Management Department is an administrative organization under the Department of Industry and Trade, with the function of advising the Department Director on market management; inspecting, controlling and handling violations of the law according to its authority; propagating and guiding the implementation of relevant laws in the province.
According to the approved structure, the Department includes the Head, Deputy Head, the Administrative - General Department, the Professional Department and the Market Management teams. The transfer, appointment and dismissal of the Department's leaders are decided by the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade in accordance with the provisions of law and the decentralization of personnel management of the Provincial People's Committee.
The civil servant payroll of the Department is assigned based on the job position, in accordance with the functions and tasks and is included in the annual general payroll of the Department of Industry and Trade of Thanh Hoa.
