Mr. Vũ Văn Hưng, Chairman of the People's Committee of Buôn Ma Thuột City, emphasized: "To maintain our position as the top locality in administrative reform, we must first take measures to continue improving our indices and maintaining sustainable development. The specialized departments and wards must focus on addressing the weaknesses and existing shortcomings that have been pointed out.
Especially, in leadership and direction, we will continue to emphasize the responsibility of leaders. The heads of agencies and units must be responsible to the city leaders for the results of administrative reform in their agencies.
The administrative reform work will be linked to the evaluation and assessment of discipline and morality of officials, civil servants, and public employees. Personnel working in specialized fields must continue to come up with new, effective, and practical initiatives suitable for each locality and unit.
"The People's Committee will seriously criticize in writing the units with delayed files in 2024. In which, we will introduce a self-criticism for units with delayed files accounting for 3% or more (total number of received files of the unit - PV).
The heads of agencies and units must strengthen inspection and supervision of civil servants performing their assigned tasks; strengthen inspection of public service, improve public service ethics, and cultural behavior for officials and civil servants to contribute to satisfying citizens and businesses....", Mr. Hưng added.
