Tam Thai commune is a mountainous locality located in the west of Nghe An province. Due to difficult traffic conditions and limited people's lives, in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term, the locality has arranged 3 early polling stations to facilitate voter participation.
The early polling station in Phong village has about 90% of voters who are Tay Poong ethnic people. At some polling stations, elderly voters, those with weak health or who cannot walk, the group of officials directly bring ballot boxes to their homes to vote.

The delegation carried mobile ballot boxes including commune leaders, military forces, police, militia and youth union members. Members moved to each household, guiding voters to fully implement the voting process in accordance with regulations.
Bringing ballot boxes to homes helps ensure that all voters can exercise their right to vote, demonstrating the spirit of serving the people of the highland local government.

Not only organizing convenient voting, at the early polling stations in Huoi Son and Pha Lom villages, medical staff also combined medical examinations and health consultations for people. This activity received the response of many voters, especially the elderly.
According to records, the atmosphere at early polling stations was vibrant with welcoming art programs. Election day became a true festival for people in mountainous areas, bringing a joyful and uniting atmosphere in the community.
