On March 12, the Thuan An Commune Public Administrative Service Center said that commune officials had just directly come to the house to hand over the Certificate of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land to Mr. Vi Ngoc Minh because he had health difficulties and could not come to receive the results at the headquarters.
Previously, Mr. Minh had completed the procedures related to the issuance of the certificate. However, due to poor health, he could not directly go to the Commune Administrative Service Center to receive the results.
Grasping the people's circumstances, the center's staff went to Mr. Minh's house to hand over the certificate.
Representatives of the Thuan An Commune Public Administrative Service Center said that the handover of administrative procedure results at home is to create favorable conditions for people, especially the elderly, those with weak health, or those facing difficulties in traveling.
Mr. Le Van Hoang - Secretary of the Party Committee of Thuan An commune said that in the process of leadership, the Party Committee of the commune always clearly defines the viewpoint that the government serves the people.
Therefore, all activities of the government apparatus, from leaders to professional civil servants, aim to create maximum convenience for people when carrying out administrative procedures.

However, for some people, especially the elderly or those in difficult circumstances, traveling to receive administrative procedure results still faces many obstacles.
According to Mr. Hoang, handing over administrative procedure results at home is a practical solution to bring administrative services closer to the People, while also showing the proactive and serving spirit of the grassroots government.
