This year's program brings together 9 groups and a drum group from 7 countries including: Russian Federation, Japan, China, Laos, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia and host country Vietnam.
The event is part of a series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day 2.9; 80 years of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam People's Public Security Force (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and 20 years of the National Day for National Security Protection.
After the opening part, there was a drum performance of the "Aspiration to shine" festival performed by 1,000 students of the Vietnam People's Police Academy.
According to Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To - Deputy Minister of Public Security, this is an important activity, contributing to enhancing cultural, artistic exchanges and mutual understanding of the country, people, and development process of the Vietnam People's Public Security with law enforcement forces of other countries.
This is also an opportunity to promote the image of the country and people of Vietnam to international friends; demonstrating the spirit of Vietnam being ready to be a friend, a trustworthy partner, and a responsible member of the international community.
People gathered on the side of the road to admire the convoy of motorbikes and specialized cars of the Traffic Police Department and the Guard Command.
The bands will perform at many locations around Hoan Kiem Lake for people to enjoy. In particular, the Company of the Royal Military Command of Cambodia brought many outstanding performances.
The event not only attracted a large number of Vietnamese people but also made many foreign tourists excited and excited to watch.
