Date 10.8, the Provincial People's Committee of Bình Định has issued a decision to impose administrative penalties on L'amour Joint Stock Company for late payment of compulsory social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance.
Regarding the act of late payment of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance, the company was fined more than 94 million dong. The act of late payment of health insurance resulted in a fine of 8 million dong.
According to competent authorities, as of June 30, L'amour Joint Stock Company was late in paying compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance with a total amount of over 440 million dong. The company has made up for and deposited a part of the late payment amount of over 91 million dong into the account of the social insurance fund.
At the time of drafting the administrative penalty document, the amount of late payment of social insurance, unemployment insurance, of the company was still over 349 million dong.
Also, as of June 30, L'amour Joint Stock Company was late in paying health insurance for 42 employees, amounting to over 7.8 million dong. The company has made up for and deposited the full amount of late payment into the account of the social insurance fund.
In addition to the fine, the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee of Bình Định ordered L'amour Joint Stock Company to pay the remaining amount of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance to the social insurance fund; ordered the company to pay an amount of interest equal to 2 times the average investment interest rate of the social insurance fund of the previous year, calculated on the late payment amount.
Since the damage to the employees and the illegal profits of L'amour Joint Stock Company obtained from the late payment of health insurance could not be determined, the measure to rectify the consequences was not applied.
The deadline for implementing the measures to rectify the consequences is 30 days from the date the company receives the decision.
