Colonel Nguyen Tien Dat - Deputy Director, Head of the Investigation Security Agency of Hanoi City Police chaired the ceremony.
At the ceremony, authorized by the leaders of the City Police, Lieutenant Colonel Do Thi Phuong Thao - Deputy Head of the Organization and Personnel Department announced the Decisions of the Director of Hanoi City Police on personnel work.
Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Hoa Viet Thang - Deputy Chief of Office of the Investigation Police Agency, was transferred to work and hold the position of Deputy Head of the Investigation Security Department, Hanoi City Police; Lieutenant Colonel Bach Thi Kim Dung was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Internal Security Department, Hanoi City Police.

On behalf of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors, Colonel Nguyen Tien Dat - Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police awarded the Decision, presented flowers to congratulate and delivered a speech assigning tasks to the transferred and appointed comrades.
The Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police acknowledged and assessed that Lieutenant Colonel Hoa Viet Thang and Lieutenant Colonel Bach Thi Kim Dung are cadres who have been well-trained, grown up from practice, and have experienced many positions, fields of work and different command positions.
Colonel Nguyen Tien Dat emphasized that the transfer and appointment of comrades to hold leadership positions in the Investigation Security Department and the Internal Security Department is a recognition of the striving and training process of each individual; and at the same time contributes to consolidating the leadership and command team, improving the quality and efficiency of all aspects of the work of units in the coming time.
In his new position, the Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police requested the transferred and appointed comrades to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, practical experience, quickly approach tasks; together with the Party Committee and Unit Command, maintain solidarity, unity, improve the quality of advisory work, effectively deploy professional work, and meet the requirements of tasks to ensure security and order in the Capital.
