On January 22, at the headquarters of Hoan Kiem Ward Police, Hanoi City Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision to transfer and arrange the position of Head of Hoan Kiem Ward Police.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Command of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Hanoi Police Department announced Decision No. 357 dated January 21st of the Director of Hanoi Police Department on the arrangement of officials. Accordingly, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoi - Deputy Head of the Criminal Police Department, Hanoi Police Department - was transferred to take office and hold the position of Head of Hoan Kiem Ward Police.
Presenting the decision and presenting flowers to congratulate Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoi, speaking to assign tasks, Major General Duong Duc Hai - Deputy Director of the City Police - acknowledged the working process, capacity and experience of Comrade Nguyen Quang Hoi being transferred; and emphasized that Hoan Kiem ward is a central area, with a particularly important position in politics, administration, economy, and culture of the Capital, often hosting many major events, posing high requirements in ensuring security and order.
The Deputy Director of the City Police requested the Head of Hoan Kiem Ward Police to quickly approach the area, promote the role of the head, and together with the Party Committee and the Ward Police Command, proactively advise and organize the effective implementation of all aspects of work, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quang Hoi, Head of Hoan Kiem Ward Police, respectfully thanked the concern and trust of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the City Police and the Party Committee and government of Hoan Kiem Ward; and affirmed that in his new position, he will uphold the spirit of responsibility, promote the role of head, and together with the Command Board, officers and soldiers of Hoan Kiem Ward Police, unite, proactively, and successfully complete the assigned tasks.
