Hanoi Police simultaneously deploy a general review and verification of vehicle information to improve management efficiency and ensure traffic order and safety.
According to the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi Police, the unit is coordinating with the commune-level police to implement a plan to comprehensively review and verify traffic information in the area in 2 phases.
In phase 1, from June 15 to August 15, 2026, functional forces will focus on reviewing workers' motorbikes in industrial parks, clusters and businesses. The review content includes vehicle registration status, owner information, name transfer, ownership change; and at the same time support people to complete administrative procedures right at work.
On the afternoon of June 26, the working group deployed a review at Gia Lam Industrial Cluster, directly guiding workers to carry out procedures according to regulations.
Phase 2, from August 16 to December 31, 2026, the traffic police force will review dump trucks with a weight of less than 15,000 kg, limousines and passenger cars that have not changed to yellow plate according to regulations. Violations such as extending the truck bed, illegally renovating vehicles, not installing or lacking journey monitoring devices, cameras will be strictly handled.
The Hanoi Traffic Police Department said that the review was carried out in accordance with regulations, ensuring speed and accuracy, without affecting the production and business activities of enterprises as well as the travel of people.
Functional forces request people and transport business units to proactively coordinate, provide information, and complete procedures according to regulations, contributing to building a safe, civilized and transparent capital traffic environment.
