The Ho Chi Minh City Planning Exhibition Center project was built with an investment capital of 836 billion VND, starting in 2013 on the land between the Saigon River road and the main road R1 (Vong Cung Avenue) in the new urban area of Thu Thiem, Thu Duc City.

According to Lao Dong on December 16, at the project site, workers were busy working, implementing stages such as installing tempered glass walls, electrostatic aluminum panels, and various types of partitions...

These are items in package 6 (production and installation of glass walls, facades, support frames, partitions, railings, ceilings, and metal decorative panels). This package is worth more than 110 billion VND, implemented by 202 Group Joint Stock Company with a duration of 175 days, starting from August 19.
According to the investor, when this package is completed, the construction unit will continue to complete the items inside the building and install equipment, expected to put into use in September next year.

The exhibition center has an architecture of two blocks placed at an angle, close together, the steel block forms a triangle. The project has an area of over 18,000m2 with 5 floors, the function is to display and exhibit the city's architectural planning; organize events, a place for experts, residents, tourists to exchange... The project is considered an iconic project in the new urban area of Thu Thiem.
