The victim in the clip was identified as Mr. N.T.B (born in 1986, residing in Ben Cat city).
According to the image in the clip, Mr. B was knocked down in the middle of the street by a man wearing short-sleeved clothes. The subject then used a helmet to hit Mr. B on the head. Next, this person used his hands, feet to punch and kick Mr. B in the head. Only when he saw Mr. B lying motionless did the man stop and leave in a staggering state.
Near the scene, there was a fallen motorbike, one with a kickstand on the side.
After the person who beat Mr. B left, the locals took the victim to the emergency room. The victim was then transferred to a hospital in Ho Chi Minh City for treatment in a serious condition with a traumatic brain injury.
It is known that on January 1, the victim's family reported to the police.
Currently, Ben Cat City Police, Binh Duong Province is coordinating with relevant units to investigate and clarify the case.
