For 10 vacant lots in the urban area where the project has not been implemented, Nha Trang City People's Committee will preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction and project investors to review the land lots intended for use as public works but not yet implemented.
In case the waiting time for project investment on land is at least 12 months, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee directs the investor to hand over the land to Nha Trang City for management to develop a management and exploitation plan as a temporary parking lot in urban areas.
As for the old Ana Mandara Project land, the Department of Transport recommends using it only as a temporary parking lot for cars with 16 seats or less and not for monthly parking.
