Therefore, Dien Bien province has approved the investment policy of a water plant project with a total investment of more than 115 billion VND with a capacity of 10,000m3/day. The goal of this project is to meet the need for clean water in Dien Bien Phu City and Dien Bien district. At the same time, overcome local water shortages during peak times.
The project, invested by Quang Phuc Dien Bien Co., Ltd., is built on an area of 4,556.7m2 in Hua Thanh commune, Dien Bien district (about 2km from the current water plant). The capital source for project implementation includes 20% of the enterprise's contributed capital and 80% of mobilized capital.

"In addition to the water treatment plant with modern technology, we will install about 10,000m of D350 pipeline to provide clean water according to National Standards on clean water quality for domestic use (QCVN 01 -1:2018/BYT).
