Gia Lai - Police are investigating and clarifying the cause of a labor accident that occurred at a clean coal production facility in An Nhon ward, killing a female worker.

On July 17, in an exchange with Lao Dong Newspaper, leaders of An Nhon Ward People's Committee (Gia Lai province) said that the police agency is investigating and clarifying the cause of a labor accident that occurred at a clean coal production facility in the area, killing a female worker.

According to initial information, the incident occurred at about 5:30 pm on July 16, at the H.U clean coal production facility (Tan Thuan Hoa residential group, An Nhon ward).

The victim is Ms. Dao Thi Thuy D. (born 1978, residing in the locality), a worker working at this facility.

At the time of the incident, the production workshop had just finished the afternoon shift. Ms. D. and the workers proceeded to clean the machinery before leaving as usual, but unfortunately had an accident.

Immediately after that, the victim was taken to An Nhon Medical Center for emergency treatment. However, due to the severe injuries, Ms. D. died.

On the same evening, professional units of Gia Lai Provincial Police coordinated with functional agencies to examine the scene, collect documents, and verify relevant details to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
