Hearing a loud explosion, people around ran to check and discovered the young man lying motionless, bleeding profusely.
People called a car to take the young man to the emergency room, but due to severe injuries, the victim died.

The deceased victim was identified as T.Q. T (born in 1997, residing in Phuoc Binh ward, Dong Nai city). The cause of the incident is being investigated and clarified by the police agency.
