Many households live in a state of suspended planning, not knowing when they will be paid to move to a new place.
According to the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province, the current capital plan allocated for the project's site clearance costs is 69 billion VND; The remaining land clearance capital according to the total initial approved investment is more than 320 billion VND.
However, through the process of organizing site clearance, the specific land price to calculate compensation when the State recovers land has increased by 2-3 times compared to the approved estimate, leading to the total land clearance cost of the project exceeding. to over 846 billion VND, an increase of more than 456 billion VND compared to the previously approved estimate.
Thus, the additional capital needed to complete site clearance is more than 777 billion VND.
