Communicating the core values of Kon Ha Nung Plateau
On June 30, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Gia Lai province organized the announcement and awarding ceremony of the logo and slogan design contest for the Kon Ha Nung Plateau World Biosphere Reserve.
After a period of launching, the contest has received the attention and positive response of organizations and individuals across the country with many quality works, showing creativity and enthusiasm.
Many works are elaborately invested, showing creative thinking, serious research process and affection for Gia Lai land.

The Judging Panel has worked and evaluated through many rounds based on criteria of symbolism, aesthetics, applicability and communication value.
At the same time, the Organizing Committee of the contest also organized to widely collect opinions from the people on the options for the final round to ensure publicity, transparency and create social consensus.

Turning Kon Ha Nung into a tourist destination
In the coming time, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will advise the Provincial People's Committee to unify the use of logos and slogans in communication activities, investment promotion, tourism promotion as well as on communication products and promotional publications.
Thereby, gradually building the Kon Ha Nung brand into a symbol of green development, harmony between nature conservation and socio-economic development.
Kon Ha Nung Plateau World Biosphere Reserve is one of the biosphere reserves recognized by UNESCO, converging outstanding values of biodiversity, natural landscapes and unique cultural identity of the Central Highlands region.

Ms. Do Thi Dieu Hanh, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Gia Lai province, said: "This is an important event, marking the completion of the brand identity system of the Kon Ha Nung Plateau World Biosphere Reserve, contributing to the preservation, image promotion and promotion of the outstanding values of the biosphere reserve in the new era.
Kon Ha Nung fully meets the conditions to become a center for nature conservation, scientific research, environmental education and developing ecotourism and community tourism in a green and sustainable direction.
Gia Lai is making efforts to build the Kon Ha Nung brand into an attractive destination of Vietnam. Prominent slogans such as: "Colors of the great forest", "Where nature touches emotions", "Green of the great forest, myriad vitality"... contribute to expressing the special values of Kon Ha Nung.
