At the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Duc - Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Criminal Police Department - awarded the decision to promote ranks to Team Leader of the Property Infringement Crime Investigation Team Vu Huu Quyen and Team Leader of the Special Task Force Criminal Police Team Hoang Kim Thai.
Rank promotion is implemented according to Circular No. 24/2026/TT-BCA dated March 11, 2026 of the Minister of Public Security, stipulating the highest rank is colonel or below for officers and non-commissioned officers of the People's Police, based on position, title and training level.
Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Duc - Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Criminal Police Department - emphasized: the promotion of rank is a recognition of the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security for the process of training, striving, and dedication of each officer and soldier in the cause of protecting national security and maintaining social order and safety.
