According to the Association, on May 21, the People's Committee of Dong Nai province issued document No. 6126/UBND-GVX on not organizing tour groups to learn from experience outside the province, during the period of arranging administrative units at district and commune levels.
However, through research, the Association found that this document did not clearly stipulate the scope of subjects directly affected by the arrangement of administrative units, leading to inconsistent application among agencies and organizations.
The Association received feedback from a number of member units (companies, travel agencies - PV) about the refusal to approve the plan to organize learning groups, especially schools and students at the end of the school year, even though these units are not directly affected by the arrangement of administrative units...
In order to create favorable conditions for units and organizations outside the scope of direct impact, continue to implement the Exchange and Experience Exchange programs, and at the same time ensure the serious implementation of the provincial People's Committee, the Dong Nai Tourism Association proposes the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to consider and advise the Provincial People's Committee to clarify the content of Document No. 6126/UBND-GVX, in the direction of::
Only temporarily suspend the organization of study groups for agencies, organizations and localities directly related to the arrangement of administrative units; Allow organizations and units not subject to administrative arrangement such as cases of using socialized funding sources to continue organizing study groups on sources, "red address" education programs and summer activities in 2025, in accordance with current regulations and ensuring savings and efficiency.
Earlier, on May 21, Dong Nai People's Committee sent an official letter to the departments, agencies, People's Committees of districts and cities about not organizing a delegation to visit and learn experiences outside the province.
