The project of the working headquarters of the Pho Yen City Agencies block (inter-agencies headquarters) has a total capital of about 400 billion VND, invested by the Pho Yen City Construction Investment Project Management Board. On March 4, Lao Dong Newspaper's reporter noted that after more than 1 year of implementation, the rough part of the headquarters building and the load-bearing structure (beams, walls, load-bearing columns) have been basically completed.
Currently, investors are implementing items such as: construction of power supply, water supply, and flooring systems. The volume reached over 60% of the contract value.
A worker at the project said that the implementation process was quite smooth. Although the weather in the first days of the year has prolonged drizzle and cold, making the construction work more difficult, the progress and workload are still guaranteed.
Talking to reporters of Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Nguyen Quang Toan - Chairman of Nam Tien Ward People's Committee said that the project to build the headquarters of the Inter-Agency Department of Pho Yen City is about to be completed, expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
According to the ward leader, this is one of the key projects, of great significance in welcoming the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
When completed, the project will not only facilitate people in handling administrative procedures but also contribute to changing the urban appearance, helping the city complete the criteria, striving to become a type II urban area in 2025.
