On September 1, the People's Committee of Song Cau Ward, Dak Lak Province, informed that an incident had just occurred in the area where a young man was electrocuted to death while charging and using his phone.
The victim was identified as Mr. T.Q.V (residing in Song Cau ward).
According to initial information, at around 7:30 p.m. on August 31, Mr. V lay on the sofa, charging and using his phone. At this time, it was raining heavily with thunder.
While charging and using the phone, Mr. V was electrocuted, leading to serious injuries. The victim was then taken to a nearby medical facility for emergency treatment but died.
