    Thai Nguyen - The highest salary of 370 million VND/month belongs to a foreign-invested enterprise.

    On December 15, according to Lao Dong, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Thai Nguyen has just reported on the implementation of salaries in 2024.

    According to a report compiled from 319 businesses with 145,993 employees, the average salary paid to employees is 9.7 million VND/month. The lowest salary is about 4.4 million VND/month.

    In particular, the highest average salary belongs to LLCs with 100% state capital, followed by companies with shares and capital contributions controlled by the state.

    The highest salary of up to 370 million VND/month belongs to a foreign-invested enterprise. Private enterprises pay the highest salary of up to 200 million VND/month.

    Previously, in 2023, the highest monthly salary in Thai Nguyen was more than 341 million VND belonging to foreign-invested enterprises. The lowest monthly salary was 4.1 million VND belonging to private enterprises and companies with state-controlled shares and capital contributions. The average salary in 2023 of workers in Thai Nguyen was more than 9 million VND/month.
