According to the bulletin, with the Thao River, the water level at Yen Bai station (Lao Cai province) is decreasing and is forecast to change slowly.

Monitoring data at Yen Bai station at 7:00 AM on September 4th was at 25.46m, at the same time at Phu Tho station at 12.51m.

With the Lo River, the water level at Tuyen Quang station and Vu Quang station (Phu Tho province) is and is forecast to continue to change slowly and be affected by the upstream hydropower regulation.

Monitoring data at Tuyen Quang station at 7:00 AM on September 4th was at 12.99m, at the same time at Vu Quang station at 5.36m.
