Dong Nai - A factory in Dong Nai uses a "robotic arm" to produce a snake mascot, the symbol of the new year 2025.
Inside a 2,500m2 factory in Dong Nai, dozens of workers are busy creating unique snake mascots of various sizes, in order to deliver them to customers in time for Tet 2025.

According to Mr. Phan Chi Linh - manager of this factory, the company had to mobilize about 70 workers and use supporting machinery and equipment to deliver products to customers on time.
Because it is the year of the Snake, most of the orders the factory receives are based on the theme of creating snake mascots. The products are made from foam material covered with a composite layer on the outside, the inner core is fixed with a sturdy iron frame.

It is known that models made from composite are highly durable and can be used for outdoor Tet decoration without fear of damage, so they have been very popular recently.
According to the workshop manager, despite the economic difficulties this year, there are still many customers willing to spend money on decorative mascots. "There are customers who placed orders 3-4 months in advance, and now the workshop has stopped accepting orders to focus on production to deliver before Tet," said Mr. Linh.
The snake mascots are created mainly based on the imagination and experience of the design team or according to customer requests. "This year, in addition to the traditional snake model, the workshop also created a cute chibie snake mascot that attracts a lot of orders," the workshop manager added.
Some images of the snake mascot recorded at the factory:
This year, the workshop introduced a pair of giant snakes measuring 6m. According to Mr. Linh, this pair of snake mascots was completed in about 7-10 days. If the customer agrees, they will move on to the step of giving the model to the robot to run the photoshop program.
