The accident occurred at around 5:00 p.m. on July 5, at Kim Hang roundabout - the intersection between DT 746 and 747B roads in Tan Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
The victim who died was a girl working as a technology motorbike taxi driver.
Initial information, at that time, people heard a loud noise in the Kim Hang roundabout area. When people came out to see, they saw an accident between a motorbike and a tanker truck.
People came to check to provide support, however, the girl had died. The incident was then reported to the authorities.
At the scene, the victim's motorbike was severely damaged and crushed under the tanker truck. The body of the female motorbike taxi driver was lying near the roundabout, about 10 m from the tanker truck.
After receiving the report, local authorities were present to protect the scene while waiting for the Ho Chi Minh City Police to come and examine the case.
The victim's identity was identified as N.T.N.H (born in 1998, from An Giang province).
Ho Chi Minh City Police are continuing to investigate the accident.
