In August 2026, Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company (Phuc Son Group) sent a document to the Management Board of Agricultural and Transport Construction Investment Projects of Khanh Hoa province on the construction deployment plan of the Ngoc Hoi Intersection Project.
Phuc Son Group currently has 3 BT (build - transfer) projects in Nha Trang, which have been implemented since 2017 but have not been completed.
These projects are invested by businesses to build infrastructure for the locality. In return, the State recovers capital with land funds in the old Nha Trang airport area for businesses to implement urban and resort projects.
The three BT projects include: Ngoc Hoi intersection Ring Road, total investment of 1,196 billion VND; Ngoc Hoi intersection, total investment of 1,351 billion VND; Roads and intersections connecting Nha Trang airport area, total investment of 1,015 billion VND.
These projects were all selected by Khanh Hoa province for Phuc Son Group as an investor "in special cases".
According to the latest data up to February 2025, the implemented volume of the Ngoc Hoi Intersection Project reached 52%, equivalent to 642 billion VND; the Ngoc Hoi Intersection Ring Road Project reached 24%, equivalent to 286 billion VND.
The project "Roads and traffic junctions connecting Nha Trang airport area" reached 11%, equivalent to 40 billion VND, not including site clearance costs.
Among the 3 projects, Phuc Son Company has only committed to specific progress for the Ngoc Hoi Intersection Project. However, after many commitments, this project has not been completed.
In a document sent to functional agencies of Khanh Hoa province, Mr. Hoang Quang Hung - General Director of Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company - reported on the construction plan of the Ngoc Hoi Intersection Project.
For the ground-level service road system of branches N1, N3, from August 15 to August 24, 2026, the enterprise plans to gather manpower, machinery, equipment and complete preparation work.
From August 25, 2026, Phuc Son Company is expected to deploy the construction of the drainage system and ground-level access roads of branches N1, N3. The expected completion time is 60 days.
For branch N4, from August 20 to September 1, 2026, the enterprise plans to gather machinery, equipment and drilled pile construction lines.
From September 5, 2026, Phuc Son Company is expected to deploy the construction of bored piles, with 14 piles belonging to piers TD4.4 and TD4.3.
From October to December 2026, the enterprise plans to construct the TD4.4 pillar base, pillar body and span structure from pillar X10, X17 to pillar TD4.4.
In the document, Phuc Son Group requested functional agencies to continue reporting, urging relevant units, and supporting businesses to complete legal contents and site clearance so that the construction process is not interrupted.
