On the intertropical convergence zone, there is a possibility of forming a tropical cyclone in the East Sea. The Southwest monsoon maintains intensity from medium to strong, and the convergence of winds at high altitudes operates well.

The meteorological agency warns of the risk of flooding in low-lying areas, urban areas, industrial parks, riverside areas, and canals. In thunderstorms, people need to be wary of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
