People agree, hoping for clear roads and clear sidewalks
On the road in Hoa Phu Industrial Park, Phu Quoi commune, the rearrangement of roadbeds, sidewalks and sidewalks has received the consensus of many business households. People believe that this policy is necessary.
Ms. Sau Thuy - a seller of bun rieu and hu tieu on the road in Hoa Phu Industrial Park - said that keeping the sidewalks clear is necessary, especially during working hours when workers come and leave work. According to her, eateries are neatly arranged within the permitted area, both convenient for trading and ensuring walkways for people.
If the roads are clear and the sidewalks are open, it will be easier for people to travel, especially workers in industrial parks. We also have to calculate how not to affect others when doing business. Sellers can still make a living if they comply with regulations," Ms. Thuy shared.

A coffee shop owner said that rearranging sidewalks is necessary, helping the road to be neat and pedestrians to be convenient. The family agreed to move tables, chairs, and items, and at the same time said that business can still be maintained if households comply with regulations.
However, besides the households that have agreed, there are still some families that have not moved the encroached part. The main reason reflected by people stems from the psychology of waiting for other households to implement it together.
Ms. Hoa said that her family does not object to the policy and understands that returning the sidewalk is necessary. However, looking around, there are still households that have not moved, so she is still waiting.
Seeing that some other households have not relocated, I also compared, why have they not relocated but I have to clean up first. But when those households relocate, my family will also clean up ourselves, returning the sidewalk to pedestrians," Ms. Hoa added.
Restoring order to ensure safety and create a civilized lifestyle
Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Tuoi - Vice Chairwoman of Phu Quoi Commune People's Committee - said that the restoration of order on roads, sidewalks, and sidewalks is aimed at improving management efficiency and people's awareness of law compliance.
According to Ms. Tuoi, the locality not only focuses on clearing cases of encroachment but also aims to protect traffic infrastructure, keep roads clear, sidewalks ventilated, ensure visibility and limit the risk of accidents.
The commune's plan requires definitively resolving the situation of using roads, sidewalks, and sidewalks for business, gathering goods, materials, and placing billboards that obstruct traffic, affect aesthetics and travel safety.

At Hoa Phu Industrial Park and service area, the locality coordinates to review the land use area and handle encroached buying and selling points. Ms. Tuoi believes that people's consensus and voluntary relocation will help restore order smoothly and sustainably.
For households that have not agreed to relocate, the locality will continue to coordinate with departments and mass organizations to propagate, mobilize, and create consensus for people to comply and restore clear sidewalks.
In cases where propaganda and mobilization have been carried out but they still do not comply, the locality will make a record and handle administrative violations according to regulations. Cases of intentionally not implementing the handling decision will be subject to appropriate clearance measures," Ms. Tuoi said.
