On December 30, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghia - Chairman of Tan Hao Commune People's Committee - said that the locality has just issued a notice to temporarily suspend noise-generating activities in the area to create the best conditions for students to focus on reviewing and taking the semester I exam with high results.
Accordingly, Tan Hao Commune People's Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 2575/UBND-VHXH, sent to agencies, units and heads of hamlets on adjusting cultural and artistic activities during the peak period of exams. The application period is from December 29, 2025 to 5:00 PM on January 9, 2026.
Applicable subjects include households using karaoke, "singing with each other" establishments and audio-visual equipment in community activities. The Commune People's Committee mobilized to temporarily suspend these activities to create a quiet space for students to study.
Some exceptions are still considered. Specifically, "singing with each other" establishments with standard soundproofing rooms and have registered schedules with the Commune People's Committee are allowed to operate according to the plan. Families organizing weddings and engagement ceremonies are allowed to use sound equipment for a maximum of 2 days, but must be approved by the local authorities where they are organizing.
For political events, art programs, and festivals celebrating major holidays of the province and commune, the organization is when there is a plan to implement it.
Tan Hao Commune People's Committee assigned the Culture - Society department to coordinate with the Commune Police and relevant departments to strengthen inspection and reminders. Cases of intentional violations, affecting the educational environment and local order will be handled according to regulations.
According to leaders of Tan Hao Commune People's Committee, this is a practical policy, showing the government's concern for the young generation. The locality hopes that people will agree and voluntarily comply so that students have the best conditions to enter the first semester exam.
