At about 5:20 am on April 11, at Km2+500, National Highway 27 on Nguyen Luong Bang street, in Tan Lap ward (Dak Lak province), a motorbike crashed into a roadside tree, killing 2 people and injuring 1 person.
According to initial information, at the above time, a motorbike with license plate 47AB-303.64 carrying 3 people was traveling on National Highway 27 in the direction from Km3 to Buon Ma Thuot airport.
When the motorbike reached the above point, it suddenly lost control and crashed into a roadside tree. The strong collision resulted in 1 young man dying at the scene.
The remaining two victims were supported by people to be taken to the Central Highlands Regional General Hospital for emergency treatment. At the hospital, due to severe injuries, 1 victim died.
The other person named T.D. N. H (born 2009, residing in Ea Knuec commune, Dak Lak province) was slightly injured.
Currently, functional agencies are verifying the driver of the vehicle and information about the 2 victims' deaths as well as the cause of the accident.
