The penalty was implemented after people reflected through the Portal for receiving petitions and reflections from Khanh Hoa province, about a car parked in the opposite direction circulating in the central area of Nha Trang ward, causing disorder, traffic safety and potential collision risk.
According to the response document sent to citizens signed and issued by Lieutenant Colonel Bui Trung Dung - Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police, through the working process, the violator admitted to parking against the traffic flow of the lane.
The Traffic Police Department made a record of administrative violation for this act and fined 700,000 VND according to regulations.
The violator also committed to strictly complying with the provisions of law on traffic order and safety (TTATGT), and not to repeat similar acts.
The Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police said that the unit respectfully acknowledges the feedback and recommendations of the people and hopes to continue to receive the attention and coordination of the community in detecting and providing information about traffic safety violations.
