The Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police has just sent a document to the Hanoi Department of Transport requesting coordination in handling cases of violating road traffic safety order through the surveillance camera system.
Accordingly, through the system of monitoring and handling violations of road traffic safety and order, the Traffic Police Department has detected and recorded 394 cases of vehicle drivers with violations as prescribed in Decree No. 100/2019/ND-CP dated December 30, 2019 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations in the field of road and railway traffic (amended and supplemented in Decree No. 123/2021/ND-CP dated December 28, 2021).
Pursuant to Clause 4, Article 23 and Clause 5, Article 24 of Circular No. 73/2024/TT-BCA dated November 15, 2024 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating the patrol, control and handling of violations of the law on road traffic safety and order by traffic police, the Traffic Police Department shall send a notice in a registered letter to the vehicle owner and post it on the website "csgt.vn" according to regulations. However, up to now, the vehicle controller (vehicle owner or representative of the violating organization) has not come to handle according to the law.
The Traffic Police Department requested the Hanoi Department of Transport to notify and request the vehicle driver (vehicle owner or representative of the violating organization) to come to the headquarters of the Traffic Command and Traffic Light Control Team (address: 54 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District), if travel is difficult, go to the headquarters of the Traffic Police Team, Order - District Police (district) according to the address stated in the vehicle registration certificate to resolve the case according to the provisions of law.
