The simultaneous appearance of a Chevrolet Camaro and a Ferrari 296 GTB supercar in the personalized Rosso Taormina color recently attracted the attention of passersby. In which, the Chevrolet Camaro has a silver exterior with many upgraded details in a sporty style.
The Chevrolet Camaro belongs to the ZL1 version of this car line, using a 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine, giving a original power of about 580 horsepower and maximum torque of 754 Nm. However, the car appearing at the meeting has been upgraded with a performance package from West Bend Dyno Tuning (USA), helping the power increase to about 750 horsepower. The car uses a 6-speed automatic transmission, rear-wheel drive, capable of accelerating from 0 to 97 km/h in about 3.9 seconds and reaching a maximum speed of about 296 km/h.
Meanwhile, the Ferrari 296 GTB attracts attention with a new coat inspired by the Rosso Taormina tone - one of the personalized paint colors in Ferrari's high-end option list. According to records, the car has completed the appearance change from before the Lunar New Year but has recently reappeared on the streets.
Rosso Taormina color creates a transition effect from deep red to bright red depending on lighting conditions, combined with a light metallic layer to increase the depth of the paint surface. The car owner also adds decorative details such as red stripes running along the body and number 68 on both sides of the door to create a personal mark for this hybrid supercar.
The Ferrari 296 GTB was introduced in 2022, using a plug-in hybrid powertrain including a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine combined with an electric motor. The total system power reaches about 830 PS (equivalent to 819 horsepower). The car can operate entirely on electricity for about 25 km thanks to a 7.45 kWh battery pack. According to the manufacturer's announcement, the car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of over 330 km/h.
The appearance of this high-performance car duo continues to show the increasingly clear personalization trend in the sports car and supercar community in Vietnam.
