This is one of the very few super luxury cars under the Maybach brand still rolling in Vietnam.
Maybach was once an independent super luxury car brand but stopped production in 2012 and was put into operation under the name Mercedes-Maybach. Therefore, the current Maybach 62S have become a " rare" on the market. The number of these models in Vietnam is said to be less than 20, making them attract attention every time they appear.
The Maybach 62S in Hanoi has a black exterior. Compared to the standard version 62, the most noticeable difference is the grille with the number of bulbs from 11 to 13, less than half of the regular version 62. The interior of the car is completed with high-class facilities, with a wall between the cockpit and the passenger compartment, towards absolute privacy for the owner.
In terms of size, the Maybach 62S is 6,165 mm long, 1,980 mm wide, 1,575 mm high, with a wheelbase of 3,827 mm. The car is about 200 mm longer than the Rolls-Royce Phantom EWB and nearly double that of a small urban car. This requires drivers to have a lot of experience to be able to drive smoothly in urban traffic conditions.
The performance of the Maybach 62S is also highly appreciated. The car is equipped with an M285 engine assembled by Mercedes-AMG, with a capacity of 5.5 liters of twin-turbocharged V12, with a maximum capacity of 604 horsepower and a maximum torque of 1,000 Nm. With this configuration, the super luxury car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds before reaching a maximum speed of 250 km/h. This is accompanied by a 5-speed automatic transmission, suitable for both smoothness and power when operating.
